You can find it at www.flexibilitytheme.com. While most of my blogs use Thesis, I have used Flexibility on a couple of sites and it is quite nice as well. And I think it would work well on a technology blog. Hope that helps. I think for just about any popular software tool there are plenty of pirated copies out there if you look hard enough, or know where to look. I don't condone it, but it does exist, unfortunately. I wouldn't trust an illegal, free version of something like a WordPress theme anyway, since it would be very easy for someone to embed links or use other blackhat techniques in the illegal version they are giving away.
